Established in 2011, The owner Tyler Hitchcock took over the agency from the prior agent who had been in business for 25 years in the same location in Grand Prairie, Texas. Staying small to provide personal service to our clients, Tyler, Candace, and Al are dedicated to offer world class customer service, and insurance products second to none in the industry.
Tyler Hitchcock
Owner/Agent
Tyler moved to the DFW area from Ohio in 1999 and started his insurance career in claims in 2001. He graduated from Kent State University with a BBA in Marketing. He has held positions in auto liability claims, property claims, claims management, and litigation before becoming an agent in 2011. He enjoys boating, bourbon whiskey, shooting sports and now considers himself a “Texan” since he has lived over half his life in this great state.
Candace Crutcher
Licensed Risk Manager
Candace was born and raised in Grand Prairie Texas. She has strong ties with this community through Grand Prairie High School where both she went and now her oldest daughter goes. She joined this agency is 2006 with the prior owner, and has been taking care of our clients ever since. Candace is married with two daughters. She is a cheerleading coach, is active in her church, enjoys arts and crafts, and loves to travel with her family.
Al Chernay
Life Insurance Specialist
Al came to Texas in 1987 and has been in the financial industry giving advice to his clients for over 35 years. He joined our agency in 2014, and helps our clients with life insurance, and many other products. He is married with grown children and enjoys boating, scotch, travel to the Bahamas, and relaxing with his friends.
